Ingredients: Peppermint-25%, Chamomile flowers- 25%, Gotu Kola- 20%, Mugwort- 15%, Damiana- 7%, Rosemary- 4%, Rose petals-3% and a pinch of Stevia-<2%.

Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 3-5 min. Strain, relax, and enjoy.
