We know how important it can be to sit back, relax & unwind from time to time. That's why we've created a tea for just those moments! We have put together the perfect ingredients to give you a warm relaxing break from your busy lives.

Organic Ingredients: catnip- 25%, scullcap- 21%, chamomile-14%, lemon balm- 12%, peppermint- 12%, spearmint- 10% and oat straw- 6%. 

Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 3-5 min. Strain, relax, and enjoy.
