Ingredients: Blackberry leaf- 30%, Linden leaf and flower- 25%, Peppermint- 25%, Lemon Balm- 10%, and Marshmallow leaf- 10%.

Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 5-10 min. Strain, relax, and enjoy.
